TERMS & POLICIES

• A $50 credit card deposit is required on all rental breastpumps.
• Both rental and purchase breastpumps are available for delivery by us, or customer pick up by appointment at our office in Westland.
  • For delivery orders only, a delivery fee applies based on the delivery location (see delivery area list).
    • General Delivery Area fee:  $10
    • Extended Delivery Area fee: $15
  • A separate fee applies if pick-up of a rental pump by us is needed at the end of the rental contract.
• Orders for breastpump replacement parts and/or supplies only are available for customer pick-up by appointment at our office in Westland, or can be shipped to you (customer pays shipping charges).

• Advance reservations preferred. Please phone in any orders needed within 48 hours.
• $20 minimum order (excluding any delivery charge).
• With the exception of full-size cribs, customers may pick up and return equipment by appointment to our office in Westland. Full size cribs are available for delivery only.
• A one-time fee applies for us to deliver, set-up and pick-up equipment at the end of the rental (see delivery area list). 
  • General Delivery Area fee: $15 - Exception: Delivery to Enterprise Rent-A-Car at Detroit Metro Airport is only $10
  • Extended Delivery Area fee: $20
  • Please inquire about deliveries outside of the specified delivery area - we will do our best to accommodate you.
• 25% credit card security deposit required for all orders.
• When available from the manufacturer, an owner’s manual will be provided with rented equipment.

EQUIPMENT PICK-UP

• Equipment must be ready for pick-up by us no later than 11 a.m. on departure date at non-residential locations (i.e., hotels, bed and breakfasts, etc.)
• Changes in contract dates after delivery must be approved by Baby Travels Equipment Rental.

PAYMENT

• We accept personal checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express.
• Credit card required to guarantee reservation. Credit card will not be charged until 24 hours prior to delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Phone cancellations only. Minimum 48 hours notice required.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of equipment delivery will be charged 50% of the total rental.
